To provide a manufacturing method of lumber containing silver ion with antiviral effect.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of lumber containing silver ion comprises: a pressurized steaming process of allowing cytoclasis of the lumber with heated steam and pressure; and a silver ion containing process of placing the lumber after the pressurized steaming process under a vacuum state, then returning it to the atmospheric pressure, and gradually applying pressure on the lumber while injecting a silver ion solution to perform drying and dehydrating.SELECTED DRAWING: None
