This manufacturing method includes a process of applying a latex coagulant to a metal mold having a projection 52 for forming an air pipe on a long side of a metal mold body 51 corresponding to the shape of a bag-like body, a process of dipping the metal mold 5 in a latex solution 6 to a position where the upper end of the projection is not dipped and dipping the metal mold surface in the latex solution, a process of cutting off a short side 71 of the formed latex layer and removing the metal mold 5, and a process of dipping the cut-off part in the latex solution to cover the cut-off part. The advantage is that even in the case of chloroprene rubber latex with small elongation, the metal mold can be removed without any hindrance.
