Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of oblique fabric, which can accurately set an intersection angle of fiber bundles.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device 1 of oblique fabric includes: a warp weaving section 3 which feeds a plurality of warps T to the inside of an annular guide section 2 so that the warps are arranged at prescribed intervals in a circumferential direction and opens/closes the warps T; a weft weaving section 4 which feeds the wefts Y along the guide section 2 and inserts the wefts Y between the opened warps; a transfer section 5 which transfers a woven section W woven by inserting the wefts while opening/closing the warps along a center shaft O of the guide section; and a cutting section 6 which spirally cuts the woven section with respect to a longitudinal direction of cylindrical fabric F continuously woven while transferring the woven section and continuously forms oblique fabric S of a prescribed width. The warp weaving section is inclined to the circumferential direction with respect to a radial direction of a circle with the center shaft O as a center and feeds warps.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
