Abstract:
To provide a roll for melt extrusion molding having a constitution which prevents or reduces a current flowing through a conductive layer, which is a heating element of the roll for melt extrusion molding, from flowing out to a roll main body.SOLUTION: In one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a roll for melt extrusion molding used in melt extrusion molding of a thermoplastic resin. The roll for melt extrusion molding has: a roll main body having a heat medium flow path formed therein; a first insulating layer provided on a surface of the roll main body; and a conductive layer which is provided on the first insulating layer and generates heat when a current is flowed through it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
