Abstract:
To easily conjugate a metal-made small component to a resin material without being harmful to a human body in a short time.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a metal resin conjugate by conjugating a bottle 11 as a metal-made small component with a shape that a projection projects from a flat surface with a resin sheet 12 which is a thermoplastic resin material. A metal resin conjugation device 20 having a center electrode 24a in contact with the bottle 11, and an outer periphery electrode 24b in contact with the bottle 11 to circularly surround the center electrode 24a, and flowing current via the bottle 11 between the outer periphery electrode 24b and the center electrode 24a is used. A step for contacting the center electrode 24a and the outer periphery electrode 24b with the bottle 11 in contact with the resin sheet 12, a step for flowing current via the bottle 11 between the center electrode 24a and the outer periphery electrode 24b and melting the resin sheet 12 by a resistance heating generated in the bottle 11 by the current, and a step for solidifying a molten part of the resin sheet 12 and conjugating the bottle 11 with the resin sheet 12 are executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
