Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover microorganism in an energy-saving manner while maintaining culture efficiency of microorganism.SOLUTION: A method for producing microorganisms includes: a first process (culture process S110, floated microorganism recovery process S130) in which after supplying gas to culture solution and culturing microorganisms, supply of gas is stopped and at least a part of the microorganisms is floated, and the floated microorganisms are recovered from the culture solution; and a second process (unfloated microorganism recovery process S150) of recovering microorganisms which are residual in the culture solution after the floated microorganisms are recovered, in which the second process is executed after performing the first process once or a plurality of times.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
