Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a non-adhesive composite material of mixed materials which has high strength, high toughness, low content of formaldehyde and xylene, and water proof and crack prevention performance.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a non-adhesive composite material of mixed materials by high-frequency wave, which manufactures at least two wood boards having a density of 0.7 kg/mor less by pressing with high-frequency heating, and forms a degenerate connection layer between adjacent wood boards 1, 3, includes steps of pre-processing, laminating, heating and pressurizing, hardening, cooling and curing. The composite material manufactured by this method has high strength, high toughness and low content of formaldehyde and xylene, and further has water proof and crack prevention performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
