Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a modified polyolefin resin using a same-direction multi-screw extruder capable of preventing a reverse flow of a raw material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a modified polyolefin resin using a same-direction multi-screw extruder, in which when preparing, by using the same-direction multi-screw extruder, a modified polyolefin resin that has a graft weight of at least one kind of modifying component selected from the group consisting of unsaturated carboxylic acid, its anhydride and an unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative relative to a polyolefin resin of 0.1 to 20 wt%, and a weight average molecular weight of 5.000 to 300.000, a raw material containing the polyolefin resin and the modified component charged into the same-direction multi-screw extruder is extruded as the modified polyolefin resin through each barrel in order of a raw material mixing part, a reaction part, and a volatilization cooling part, and a barrel temperature of the raw material mixing part is set to 40 to 60°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
