Abstract:
To provide a method of producing a mold for mass production of a resin molded product, a molding method, a method of producing a resin mold and a resin mold, capable of demonstrating performance in which a regular part molded by producing a mold is required.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of producing a mold for mass production of a resin molded product, in advance of production of a mold for mass production, comprising: obtaining a resin mold by printing a photocurable resin with a load deflection temperature after photo-curing of 45°C or higher using a three-dimentional printing device based on a three-dimentional CAD data of a resin mold; molding a resin raw material that is a molding material for mass production using the resin mold; performing survey of a molded product; and reflecting a survey result obtained into production of a molding mold for mass production.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
