Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a molded component with a stretch flange which is manufactured together with molding of the stretch flange, at a low molding load while suppressing split of the stretch flange.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method, which manufactures a molded component with a stretch flange which comprises a top plate part 3 having a first concave outer peripheral edge part 3a and a flange part 7 which continues to a vertical wall part 5, bends toward the top plate part 3 and has a second concave outer peripheral edge part 7a, comprises: a first step of press-molding a part 5A of the vertical wall part 5 along the first concave outer peripheral edge part 3a and forming at the same time a bent-shape part 8, which has a ridge line 9 extended along the second concave outer peripheral edge part 7a and bent toward a thickness direction, outside a position becoming flange part 7, by press-molding a blank material with a die and a punch: a second step of fixing the position becoming the top plate part 3 and bending-molding the vertical wall part 5 and the flange part 7; and a third step of trimming an outer site of the flange part 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
