Abstract:
To provide a method of producing a molded article enabling a polyvinyl chloride molded article excellent in appearance to be provided with high productivity even if the molded article is a thin wall molded article, or a large sized molded article.SOLUTION: The method of producing a molded article is provided that uses an injection molding metallic mold 100 comprising a stationary mold 110 and a movable mold 112, and having a volume of a cavity 114 of 1,000 cmor more, and comprises: injecting and filling a resin composition X having a viscosity at 190°C, of 6.08×10sof 1.12×10-2.50×10Pa s, and including polyvinyl chloride and a lubricant into the injection molding metallic mold 100 while heating a cavity surface 114a at 70-180°C; cooling the cavity surface 114a to 10-50°C to solidify the resin composition X; and demolding a formed molded article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
