Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manufacture an endless belt having no joint in a smaller manhour than in a conventional way and at low cost by manufacturing an endless rubber belt utilizing an injection molding method.

CONSTITUTION: A rubber cup 40 comprising a cylindrical part 41 in a rounded shape of the aimed endless belt and a circular bottom plate part 42 for blocking one end of the cylindrical part is molded in a manner infecting rubber from the bottom plate part 42 side of an infection molding mold equipped with a cavity having configurations corresponding to the rubber cup 48 to the direction of a central axis of the cylindrical part 41, and successively effecting vulcanization thereto, and then the bottom plate part of the rubber cup 40 obtained is cut and then removed therefrom.
