Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor device manufacturing method capable of preventing trouble such as breakage by preventing a force in a complicated direction from being applied to a snap fit, and allowing only a required minimum load to be applied in snap fit type lock, and a motor device.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a motor device S. The method includes: a first step for making an opening side of a yoke 2 opposite to a brush holder in an axial direction of a rotary shaft 11; a second step for pressing a projection 53 that protrudes from a handle part 51 in a direction forming a predetermined angle with the axial direction with a jig J reversely to a protruding direction of a hook part 52, thereby bending the handle part 51 reversely to the protruding direction of the hook part 52, and relatively moving the opening side of the yoke 2 and a brush holder 3 in such a manner that an axial distance therebetween is reduced; and a third step for releasing a pressure of the jig J, thereby locking the hook part 52 to a flange part 22 at the opening side of the yoke 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
