Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an optical member which can lessen the curvature change of an optical member, and its manufacturing equipment.
From a nozzle 23 furnished to a discharge head 12, a liquid 21 consisting of a UV-curable resin, a raw material for a microlens 53, is extruded, and from the time when the liquid 21 hangs down from the tip of the nozzle 23 to generate a neck part 82 until a second liquid 21b on the underside of the neck part 82 separates to form a droplet 84, UV 83 is irradiated to this second liquid. The second liquid 21b begins to harden by the UV 83 while maintaining the state that it is pulled upwards by the neck part 82.
