To provide a multi-color electroluminescent element, an organic electroluminescent element with excellent manufacturing aptitude, and to provide its manufacturing method.
The organic electroluminescent element made by pinching an organic layer containing at least a light-emitting layer between a pair of electrodes is provided with at least light-emitting areas of two different emission colors on its light-emitting surface, one of which is a first light-emitting area emitting a first emission color, and the other is a second light-emitting area emitting a second emission color. The second emission area has the composition as the first emission area, denatured into the second emission area by being heated. Also provided is the manufacturing method of the organic electroluminescent element.
