To provide a method of stably producing organic particles in an industrial scale by a reprecipitation method, and a manufacturing apparatus for use therein.
The manufacturing method of organic particles mixes a solution of organic materials dissolved in a good solvent with a poor solvent of the organic materials miscible with the good solvent to form the organic materials as particles. In the manufacturing method of the organic particles, the solution of the organic materials dissolved in the good solvent and the poor solvent are respectively flown in a stirring vessel from a predetermined number of liquid supply openings and stirred by a stirring means in the stirring vessel, and the stirred liquid is discharged from liquid discharge openings. The manufacturing method of the organic particles has the predetermined number of liquid supply openings for respectively flowing the organic material solution dissolved in the good solvent and the poor solvent, liquid discharge openings for discharging the stirred liquid, and the stirring means.
