Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an oriented electromagnetic steel sheet capable of providing good iron loss property when constructed to a transformer.SOLUTION: A heat strain is introduced to a decarbonized annealed plate locally under a condition with suppressing a reaction between a surface of the decarbonized annealed plate and atmosphere gas after completion of decarbonization annealing and before initiation of finish annealing and increase of nucleation of a general crystal particles (primary recrystallization particles having an orientation largely displaced from a Goss orientation) in a local area where the heat strain is introduced and growth driving force is promoted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
