Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an oriented magnetic steel sheet, achieving low iron loss in a stable state.SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of an oriented magnetic steel sheet, a steel raw material containing 2.0 to 8.0 mass% of Si is subjected to hot rolling, cold rolling, and annealing for primary recrystallization and subsequent finish annealing. In rapid heating at a rate of 50°C/s or more in the region of 200 to 700°C in the heating process for primary recrystallization annealing, at least one retention treatment is performed at any temperature in the range of 250 to 500°C so as to have a total treatment time of 0.5 to 7 seconds, and at least one retention treatment is performed at any temperature in the range of 500 to 700°C so as to have a total treatment time of 0.5 to 3 seconds. When a magnetic domain subdivision treatment is performed in any process after cold rolling, the intervals W (mm) between linear grooves or linear strain regions in the rolling direction and the total retention treatment time t(s) in the temperature range of 250 to 500°C are controlled to satisfy the following expression: -t+20.
