Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sterilizing and filling a packaging bag that can sterilize and fill a sterilized and cleaned packaging bag having a chuck and a plug for extraction at a high speed without leaving a detergent for sterilization in manufacturing the packaging bag.SOLUTION: In manufacturing a packaging bag consisting of a chuck (4), a plug (2) for extraction, and a film (5), a method for manufacturing the packaging bag is provided with: a sterilization process of packaging and sterilizing the chuck and plug for extraction with an electron beam, respectively; a sterilization process using hydrogen peroxide water after unsealing; and a process of dipping a film in the hydrogen peroxide water for sterilization. In making manufacture preparations by sterilizing respective members and manufacturing the packaging body by aligning a sealant face of the film, the plug for extraction and chuck are fused to opposite sides of the packaging bag, and the other side is fused to form a filling hole at the one side opposed to the other fused side, and after the packaging bag is filled with a content, the filling hole is sealed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
