Abstract:
To more readily manufacture a gate plate having a foam.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a panel for a track gate plate in accordance with the present invention includes: a filling step of filling thermoplastic resin preliminary foam particles (2a') to the inside of a hollow material (1); and a foaming step of heating the hollow material (1) under a condition ranging from 100°C to 130°C, and thus causing the thermoplastic resin preliminary foam particles (2a') filled into the hollow material (1) to foam so that an average filling rate is 40% and less than 90% and a fusion rate ranges from 1% to 70%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
