Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plane tile capable of providing stabilized independency in the case of burning even if a form strain occurs after the molding.
SOLUTION: Hooking projections 22 and 22 for locking with cross battens are molded in both right and left on the lower surface side of the tail end face 21 of the plane tile 2 in the case of roofing and, at the same time, first small projections 22a and 22a projected downward are molded in the front end parts of the tail side end faces of the hooking projections 22 and 22 when the plane tile 2 is vertically erected on the tail section down. In a grinding process, it is so ground that upper side sites 21a on the tail end faces of the plane tile 2 and the end faces of the first small projections 22a are placed on the plane making a fixed angle with a main plate surface 20 of the plane tile 2 in advance. After that, it is burned.
