Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plate-like building material, capable of maintaining the shape of a raw plate, reducing failure of palettes, decreasing the number of palettes required for the line in a drying step, and sufficiently drying the underside of the raw plate; and a dwelling house.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a plate-like building material includes a drying step of removing the water content in a raw plate in a planar shape. The drying step includes: a first drying step of placing the raw plate transported by first transportation means on a palette and heating the raw plate in a first temperature range low enough for the palette to maintain the performance; and a second drying step of removing the raw plate from the palette after the first drying step and heating the raw plate transported by second transportation means in a second temperature range higher than the first temperature range.
