Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire for restraining the air remainder.SOLUTION: In a molding process of the manufacturing method on the present invention, an inner strip 32 is spirally wound in the circumferential direction. A first layer 52 is formed by juxtaposing a plurality of loops 48 in the axial direction by turning a base 34 of a cross-sectional shape of the inner strip 32 inward in the radial direction. A second layer 56 is formed by juxtaposing a plurality of loops 54 in the axial direction by turning the base 34 of the cross-sectional shape of the inner strip 32 outward in the radial direction. The loops 54 of the second layer are fitted to a recessed part 50 formed of the adjacent loops 48 of this first layer 52. Similarly, a fourth layer 66 is fitted to a third layer 60. An outer strip 40 is spirally wound in the circumferential direction on the outside in the radial direction of an inner strip member 68, and forms an outer strip member 72.
