Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire in which, when manufacturing the tire in a method including a step of overlapping and vulcanization-molding end parts of a sheet laminate formed by laminating a sheet of a thermoplastic resin composite including thermoplastic resin or a blend substance of thermoplastic resin and elastomer on an elastomer layer, an opening is prevented from being generated by peeling off of a splice part in the vicinity of the spice part at which the end parts of the sheet laminate are overlapped in the step of vulcanization-molding the tire.SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire that includes a step of overlapping and vulcanization-molding end parts of a sheet laminate formed by laminating a sheet of a thermoplastic resin composite including thermoplastic resin or a blend substance of thermoplastic resin and elastomer on an elastomer layer, after the end parts of the sheet laminate are overlapped, the overlapped parts are crimped at glass transition temperatures of the thermoplastic resin set to Tg or more and 120°C or less.
