Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire which can suppress the deformation of a carcass layer at vulcanization.SOLUTION: When molding a green tire G, thin-thickness parts 14U are formed at a position corresponding to a circumferential center position of a lag groove 14 in a tire T after the vulcanization of an unvulcanized cap tread rubber layer 11U, and a gauge R in a circumferential center position between the thin-thickness parts 14U which are adjacent at the unvulcanized cap tread rubber layer 11U in a circumferential direction, and a gauge L in the thin-thickness part 14U are set so as to satisfy a relationship of 0.4×D≤R-L≤D with respect to a groove depth D of the lag groove 14.
