Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of pocket tissue easy to be used when the tissue paper is taken out from an outlet.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the pocket tissue includes: a first folding step of folding a continuous sheet in half along an MD direction by a first folding plate; a second folding step of folding back the continuous sheet having been formed and folded in half in the first folding step, along the MD direction by a second folding plate such that a fold-back edge is located at a prescribed position in a CD direction; a cutting step of cutting the continuous sheet having been folded back in the second folding step, along the CD direction into the length of tissue paper and making individual tissue paper pieces; and a third folding step of folding the tissue paper pieces having been cut in the cutting step, at a position half the MD direction along the CD direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
