Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a polyacetal copolymer capable of efficiently manufacturing the polyacetal copolymer less in debris and having high purity.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a polyacetal copolymer having a stabilization process for conducting a terminal stabilization of a polyacetal copolymer (1) in a terminal stabilization zone of an extruder (A) having the terminal stabilization zone and an additive dispersion zone, a mixing process for mixing a polyacetal copolymer (2) and an additive by an extruder (B) to obtain a mixture and a supply process for supplying the mixture to the extruder (A) to a terminal stabilized polyacetal copolymer (1) in the additive dispersion zone, where screw rotation number of the extruder (B) Nb is higher than screw rotation number of the extruder (A) Na.SELECTED DRAWING: None
