To provide a manufacturing method for a polyester film coated metal sheet excellent in economical efficiency and can fabricating properties and having good heat resistance even in an outer surface baking and coating process performed for the purpose of obtaining a beautiful appearance after can fabrication.
After a molten resin film, which is obtained in the confluent state with an olefinic polymer using a T-die, is cooled and solidified, both end parts of the film are cut off to obtain a polyester film. The polyester film is constituted of an A-layer, a B-layer and a C-layer. The A-layer comprises a polyester with a crystallization temperature upon falling temperature of 150°C or higher, the B-layer comprises a polymer which consists of a polyester and an olefinic polymer in a weight ratio of 70:30-100:0 and has a melting point of 190-225°C and a glass transition temperature of 50°C or higher and the C-layer comprises a polyester with a glass transition temperature of 30-50°C.
