To provide a means for obtaining hygienic and clean food containers by using wasted food containers while solving food sanitation problems when reusing recovered containers for the food containers.
A sheet-like film made of a material recycled from used polyethylene terephthalate containers is used as an intermediate film 2. Two thin films 1 and 3 made of new polyethylene terephthalate material are extruded from two resin sheet molding machines A and B arranged near the intermediate film 2, and pressed and adhered in a melted state on front and back faces of the sheet-like film to form the polyethylene terephthalate sheet S having a three layer structure. The polyethylene terephthalate sheet S formed into the integrally formed three layer structure is manufactured by abutting the sheet-like film 21 against the front and back faces as the intermediate film 2 and melting and adhering by pressing them from the front and back faces. The polyethylene terephthalate sheet S is bulged and molded into an appropriate shape by a sheet bulging and molding means as a molding raw material of a food container.
