To provide a manufacturing method of polymeric sol of calcium phosphate capable of forming a dense coating layer with high adherence strength to a substrate and a metallic graft coating method thereof.
A calcium salt solution made by dissolving calcium ethoxide in an organic acid and a phosphate solution made by dissolving triethyl phosphite or triethyl phosphate in an organic acid are respectively prepared. The calcium salt solution and the phosphate solution are mixed and ripened to obtain this polymeric sol. After the polymeric sol is coated on the surface of a metallic graft and the coating film of the metallic graft is hydrolyzed, a process to preliminarily heat treat the coating film to burn residual organic compounds in the coating film is repeated to increase thickness of the coating film to desired thickness and then the metallic graft is sintered at 500-800°C under a nitrogen atmosphere to form the coating film for the metallic graft.
