Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a porous carbon fiber sheet relatively low in manufacturing cost and high in manufacturing efficiency, and a manufacturing method of a porous carbon electrode using the porous carbon fiber sheet.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous carbon fiber sheet has a process for depositing a fine fiber with a felt shape on a substrate surface by electric spinning of a solution in which ashless coal is dissolved, and a process for heating a fine fiber deposit obtained in the deposition process. As the deposition process, a process for mixing coal and a solvent, process for eluting a component soluble in the solvent from the coal in a slurry obtained in the mixing process, and a process for separating the slurry after elution in the elution process into a liquid content containing a solvent soluble component and a solvent insoluble component may be included. The manufacturing method of a porous carbon electrode has a process for molding the porous carbon fiber sheet manufactured by the manufacturing method of the porous carbon fiber sheet to an electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
