Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a precast residual form panel that can reliably suppress salt damage and frost damage.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a precast residual form panel includes: a molding step in which excess water containing calcium hydroxide eluted from a cement composition C fills in capillary gaps 9A and the like of a panel body 2, the entire back surface 2a of the panel body 2 is covered with the excess water containing calcium hydroxide, and the panel body 2 is molded; a coating step of covering the entire back surface 2a of the panel body 2 with a covering material 30; and a curing step of curing the cement composition C. By covering the entire back surface 2a of the panel body 2 with the coating material 30, it is possible to prevent the formation of a water-permeable fine powder layer L of calcium carbonate on the back surface 2a, and in the curing step, calcium hydroxide and silica in the cement composition C react chemically to form a waterproof layer 4 containing water-insoluble calcium silicate hydrate over the entire back surface 2a, and the capillary gaps 9 and the like are closed by the waterproof layer 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
