Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a printed matter that does not require a drier for drying, can suppress generation of a crinkle on a printed matter and has excellent printing stability.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a printed matter comprises: supplying ultraviolet curable ink to a blanket cylinder through a plate cylinder; transcribing the ultraviolet curable ink supplied to the blanket cylinder into a web-like base material; and irradiating a surface side having the transcribed ultraviolet curable ink with ultraviolet, so as to apply printing on the web-like base material, where radiation intensity in irradiating the surface side with the ultraviolet by an ultraviolet LED lamp is set to 2 W/cm2 or higher and the web-like base material is conveyed just below a light source of the ultraviolet LED lamp, at 200-800 m/min.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
