Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing technique for a printing intaglio plate that is excellent in chemical resistance and mechanical strength, and can perform good printing by single printing processing.SOLUTION: After forming a pattern portion of a first layer on a substrate with resist (step S11), a metal layer of the first layer is formed (step S12). These steps are repeated until a desired laminated structure body is formed (step S13). After the desired laminated structure body is formed, the resist forming the pattern portion is removed. Thereby, the printing intaglio plate having different depth of recesses can be manufactured. As a result, the printing intaglio plate is excellent in mechanical strength and chemical resistance, and it is possible to perform good printing processing by using the printing intaglio plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
