Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a coated cloth for a molding bag, for promoting efficiency of vacuum drawing operation by more smoothly pulling out air from the molding bag so as to decompress more closely to a vacuum state.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a coated cloth for a molding bag, to be used for a glass laminate molding bag having bag bodies 2, 3 including openable/closable openings includes: winding an unvulcanized coated cloth 4', and a groove forming cloth 20 comprising a synthetic resin yarn around a heating drum 21 in a state of superposing the groove forming cloth 20 on the inner lateral face of the unvulcanized coated cloth 4'; transporting the product followed by vulcanizing; and forming a groove m which becomes a passage of air on the inner face of a coated cloth 4 for body cloths 2A, 3A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
