Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a punched material which can efficiently manufacture the punched material composed of a nanocrystal-system soft magnetic material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a punched material 10a includes: a preheating process for heating a band-shaped metal sheet 10 composed of an amorphous-system soft magnetic material to a temperature lower than a crystallization temperature at which the amorphous-system soft magnetic material starts to be crystallized; a heating punching process for heating the punched material 10 by punching the preheated metal sheet 10 by a rotary die cutter 3 while heating the metal sheet to the crystallization temperature or higher; and a heat treatment process for crystallizing the punched material 10a to a nanocrystal-system soft magnetic material from the amorphous-system soft magnetic material by heating the punched material 10 to the crystallization temperature or higher by the heat of the rotary die cutter 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
