Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a reflecting mirror, capable of forming a grid comprising a carbon fiber, with a prescribed grid interval, on a skin material having a curved face.
The manufacturing method for a reflecting mirror includes: a process for deforming and bonding a sheet with the carbon fiber woven movably along a face direction of the sheet, using a stretchable insulating fiber yarn, to bring the carbon fiber yarn into the prescribed grid interval, on the skin material having the curved face; and a process for pressure-molding heatingly the skin material bonded with the sheet.
