Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process of manufacture of regenerative cooling nozzle for rocket realizing reduction of labor-hour and reduction of raw material fee and contributing to low cost of a rocket engine.SOLUTION: A process of manufacture of regenerative cooling nozzle for rocket comprises: a forming step of machining a metallic plate M to form an outer cylinder part 11, an intermediate cylinder part 12 and an inner cylinder part 13; a flow passage forming member manufacturing step of manufacturing flow passage forming metal rods 25 by a shape profile of a flow passage 14 of cooling fluid set at a flow passage specification setting step; a flow passage forming member arranging step of maintaining a spacing between the metal rods 25 to a set spacing by arranging the flow passage forming metal rods 25 on an inner peripheral wall 11a of the outer cylinder part 11; a cylinder fitting step of sequentially fitting each of the cylinder parts 11, 12 and 13; a cylinder part integrating step of integrally assembling the cylinder part 12 into the outer cylinder part 11 by loading gas pressure P within environment capable of performing simultaneously super-plastic forming and diffusion connecting operations and integrally assembling the inner cylinder part 13 to the intermediate cylinder part 12 by loading the gas pressure in the inner cylinder part 13; and a flow passage forming step of removing the passage forming metal rods 25 from between the outer cylinder part 11 and the intermediate cylinder part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
