Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a resin composition that efficiently removes powder from a resin composition pellet.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a resin composition includes a powder removal step of removing powder by separating the powder and a pellet generated in a pellet manufacturing step. In the powder removal step, the pellet containing the powder fed from a pellet input port are fed along a plate with a hole toward a pellet discharge port, and air is supplied from an anti-pellet side of the plate through the hole in the plate to a powder removal chamber from an air inlet port, the supplied air removes the powder from the pellet, and the removed powder is discharged with air from an air discharge port. An air supply direction is set within an angular range of 90° or more and 270° or less, with an angle of the pellet's direction of travel viewed in a cross-sectional direction of the plate as 0°, and a discharge amount of air from the air discharge port is larger than a supply amount of air from the air inlet port to create negative pressure in the powder removal chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
