A form constituted of a cylindrical shell having end face partition rings, e.g. a form for manufacturing a Hume pipe, is used and a layer of a gel coat containing fibers is formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof. The form being rotated around the cylindrical axis, a resin concrete is supplied into the form to manufacture a resin concrete cylinder. After curing, the resin concrete cylinder is demolded and cut at a plurality of cutting positions in the circumferential direction, so as to manufacture the segment.
