Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a resistance spot weld joint that can stably form a spot weld zone having a predetermined size while suppressing occurrence of dispersion, and a resistance spot welding device.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a resistance spot weld joint comprises a step of performing resistance spot welding while overlapping two or more steel plates with each other. In the welding, an applied pressure change rate α=(P-P1)/(T-T1) is controlled to a predetermined threshold or more in a period of time from T1 until the welding is finished. T is a time elapsed since a time point when the welding is started, P is applied pressure at a time point elapsed by T after the welding is started, T1 is an elapsed time between a time point when a value obtained by differentiating P by T becomes zero for the second time when counted from a time point when power distribution in the welding is started and a time point when the welding is started, and P1 is applied pressure at a time point elapsed by T1 after the welding is started.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
