Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method of a rolling bearing device with a sensor for manufacturing a rolling bearing device with a sensor by which the position of the rolling bearing device with a sensor and the size of moment load applied to the rolling bearing device can be precisely measured.

An inner shaft 1, an inner ring 2, an outer ring 3, a first ball 4 and second ball 5 are assembled in the device. While one end in an axial direction of a target member 61 is press-fitted in one end in an axial direction of the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 2, an opening on the target member 61 side between the outer ring 3 and inner ring 2 is sealed with a shield plate 7. After the inner shaft 1 is rotated around a center shaft of a substantial inner shaft 1 in this state, the outer peripheral surface of the target member 61 is processed.
