Abstract:
To enlarge a friction coefficient at a bolt tightening time, by a manufacturing method of a rolling bolt.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a rolling bolt, a line steel stock is formed into a prescribed screwless bolt-shaped material (S12), a screw part is formed by a rolling method on the screwless bolt-shaped material (S18), and after forming the screw part, a shot blast treatment is performed onto the whole area of the surface of the rolling bolt (S22). Thereafter, a surface treatment (S24) and application of a friction coefficient stabilization material (26) are performed. Further, a rolling bolt into which a built-in type washer is integrated may be formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
