Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which can prevent the generation of a crack at a point which is crushed and expanded in diameter even if a tip of a metal shaft is crushed in order to fix the metal shaft and a plate.SOLUTION: A plurality of shaft recesses γ recessed in an inner diameter direction are formed in a peripheral direction at an external peripheral face of a metal shaft at a point which is crushed and expanded in diameter at equal intervals, and an external peripheral length before the metal shaft 4 is crushed is set long in advance. By this constitution, an elongation rate of the external peripheral face of the point of the metal shaft 4 which is crushed and expanded in diameter can be reduced. Therefore, when a tip of the metal shaft 4 is crushed, it can be prevented that the elongation rate of the external peripheral face of the point which is crushed and expanded in diameter reaches a crack, and the generation of the crack at the tip of the metal shaft 4 can be prevented. As a result, such a malfunction that a part of the metal shaft 4 is missed by the crack can be avoided while enhancing fixing forces of the metal shaft 4 and a metal plate 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
