Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a rotating tool for chip removal machining having at least one external chip groove extending in the longitudinal direction of the rotating tool.
This manufacturing method for the rotating tool comprises a step for preparing the mixture of a cemented carbide, a thermet or a ceramic powder, and a carrier such as a polymer and a step for installing the mixture in an extruder. The mixture is extruded through a die 3 to form the diameter of the mixture. To form the chip grooves 10 and 10A, the mixture allows a chisel 9 to pass therethrough.
