Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the scattering of a plastic magnet, improve dimensional precision of the outer diameter of an armature containing a scatter protection ring, and eliminate the fixing work of the scatter protection ring and the plastic magnet. SOLUTION: A cylindrical scattering protective ring 1 is constituted of an aluminum material or a stainless material or a plastic film like polyester, in which a plurality of through-holes 2 penetrating in the radial direction are formed. The ring 1 is inserted in advance in a plastic magnetic injection molding tool 3 so as to be fixed to the outer periphery of a plastic magnet 6. After that, the plastic magnet 6 is molded by the use of the injection molding tool 3, and an armature 8 is constituted.
