Abstract:

To obtain a manufacturing method for a rotor of a motor that can reduce cost by improving the productivity and improve the quality.

The manufacturing method for the rotor of the motor is characterized by comprising steps for molding the magnet of the rotor and a position detecting magnet and demagnetizing them; setting the position detecting magnet to a drag with its end having a step set downward, and making the inside diameter of the position detecting magnet held by an inside-diameter holding part formed at the drag; setting the magnet of the rotor to the drag, by fitting a positioning protrusion into a positioning protrusion insertion part formed at the drag; setting a shaft to the drag; mold-cramping the notch of the magnet of the rotor so as to be pressed against by a notch pressing part of a cope; resin-molding the magnet; magnetizing the magnet of the rotor and the position detecting magnet; and assembling a bearing to the shaft.
