To obtain a rotor-laminated core that reduces the deterioration of the shape accuracy and degradation of magnetic characteristics generated by fixing core sheets by die-cutting caulking, rivet pins or crank pins and die casting, allowing manufacture, at low cost and having superior recyclability, and to obtain a method of manufacturing the rotor-laminated iron core.
The rotor-laminated core is formed by laminating a plurality of core sheets, and provided with a through-hole for a rotary shaft in the center thereof; a plurality of through-holes for positioning the core sheets, into which the rivet pins are inserted, are provided between the through-hole for the rotary shaft of the rotor-laminated iron core and the outer periphery thereof; and the rotor-laminated core is fixed, by fixing and adhering the core sheets with a thermoplastic resin material arranged and installed around the rivet pins inserted into these through-holes.
