Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing a laminated rotor core with a permanent magnet, dispensing with a laminated core yard in a permanent magnet insertion step.SOLUTION: In a method and device for manufacturing of a laminated rotor core with a permanent magnet, a permanent magnet insertion step is provided between a progressive metal mold press working step including manufacturing a pilot hole, an axis hole, a permanent magnet insertion hole, and a swaged projection and the like, and punching and laminating a lower lid and a rotor core piece, and others, and a progressive metal mold press working step including blanking and laminating an upper lid. The permanent magnet insertion step includes the following 4 steps of: (f-1) punching and laminating a lower lid 13 and a rotor core piece 11; (f-2) inserting a magnet; (f-3) punching and laminating an upper lid 12; and (f-4) ejecting the laminated rotor core with the permanent magnet, and is disposed on a rotating table 30 rotating around an O axis.
