Abstract:
To uniformly and finely disperse a filler in a rubber-filler composite for improving a low exothermic property, fatigue resistance and workability of a rubber composition.
When high-amplitude ultrasonic waves of amplitude 80 m or more are radiated to filler slurry containing the filler of carbon black, silica and the like, the filler is finely dispersed in the slurry. When the dispersed filler slurry and concentrated natural rubber latex are mixed together while radiating high-amplitude ultrasonic waves of amplitude 80 m or more, and then, the mixture is solidified and dried, the rubber-filler composite is obtained.
